How Accurate Are Your Lead Times for Portable Power Equipment?
We are 100% dedicated to offering the shortest and most accurate lead times in the portable power industry. We keep select camlock connectors and most gauges of Type W and Type SC cables in stock to make sure that our customers always have access to what they need as soon as possible. We also offer same-day shipping on select products.
If we receive an order that is not currently in stock, an ATI representative will reach out to you that very same day to provide an accurate lead time. If the lead time proposed does not meet your timeframe requirements, we will offer a suitable replacement that we have in stock.
If you need your products in a hurry, we often recommend choosing expedited shipping options that we offer online such as Next-day air, 2-day, and 3-day shipments. If you would like to double check that the item you need is in stock, our sales reps can verify availability in just a few seconds.

What Is ATI's Return Policy?
We understand that sometimes the needs of a project may change, and you may no longer need the equipment that was previously purchased. If you need to return a product, simply contact an ATI team member and we’ll issue you an RMA. As soon as you receive your approved RMA, you will have 30 days to return the product before the RMA expires. ATI does not accept returns after the 30-day time frame expires. We request that customers ship all returns with the products encased in their original packaging.
All returns are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee to be paid by the customer. However, if ATI pulled the wrong product or shipped it incorrectly, we’ll cover the 25% cost of return shipping. We will send you a packing slip to use so we can track the returning product and minimize delays.
There are certain products that we don’t offer returns on, such as custom-built products, custom-cut wire lengths, or equipment that was damaged after our customers received their shipment.
