What is the Resource Center?

The resource center is your a one-stop-shop for inventory management, electrical industry, and other types of knowledge you can use on a daily basis.

Subscribe! When new resources come our we will email them straight to your inbox. Just subscribe using the form on the right titled

When do new resources get created??

We try to put out new resources as often as we can. We will be putting out new resources at least monthly.

Partner Program Questions

What is the ATI Partner Program?

The ATI Partner Program Is a program that gives its members access to a personalized ordering system, progressively deep discounts, and a dedicated account representative.

How do I join?

Simply take a minute to create an account with a username and password. Click here to start.

How do I increase my partner discount level?

Once you have reached a certain threshold you will advance to the next discount level. So the only way to increase your level is to shop now or talk to a sales rep by emailing info@atielectrical.com.

Online Store Questions

Is everything you sell on the store?

The e-store focuses on the portable power and entertainment markets. Our website is primarily focused on the portable power market. We are also a full line distributor of switchgear, wire and cable instrumentation, and controls. For more information, contact us at: info@atielectrical.com

Do you have product specification sheets for your products on the store? 

Yes, many of our products do have product data information listed at the bottom of each description. If no data is listed, please contact a representative at ATI, and we will be glad to get you that information. 

Can I order something that is online over the phone?

You certainly can. Give us a call at (800) 597-9311

How do I see my order history?

First you need to be logged In. Once you have done that, go to the very top of the page and click on “My Account.” On the My Account page click on My Orders on the dashboard to the left. You will then see a list of your order history.

How do I change my email and password?

Log In, go to My Account. Once you are there, click on the “Account Information” link. From there you will be able to change both email and password.

Returns, Shipping, and Payments Questions

What is our return/order cancellations/customer credits policy?

No items will be accepted for return without prior approval from an authorized ATI employee and must be accompanied by an ATI issued RMA. Once your RMA is approved, you will have (30) days to return your items to our facility. We will not accept any packages not returned within those (30) days.


All returned items must not be used, altered, and must be in their original packaging. All returned items will be subject to a minimum Twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee. The customer agrees to pay all return freight for any item wanting to be returned. EXCEPTION – Any items pulled and shipped incorrectly by ATI or it’s affiliates will not be charged a restocking fee and ATI will pay for the return freight to correct your order.


The customer will be responsible for the payment and/or return of any duplicate items shipped by ATI or it’s affiliates. If the customer receives a duplicate shipment and it is not returned within (30) days, the credit will be canceled, and the customer agrees to pay for the duplicate items in full and will be invoiced for said material.


Payments may be applied against open charges at the discretion of ATI. On request, the customer agrees to provide creditor a statement of representation that the undersigned is and remains solvent.
Customer must use an ATI supplied shipping label / Bill of Lading (BOL) — no return shipments will be accepted if shipped “collect” unless otherwise authorized by ATI.
