These powerCON true 1 3 conductor lockable connectors with contacts are for line neutral and pre-mating ground contact. They replace alliance couplers wherever a very rugged solution in combination with a locking device is needed for safe power connections. These Neutrik powerCON connectors are also used exclusively on our PowerTEK™ powerCON Assemblies. powerCON is a connector without breaking capacity and SHOULD NOT be connected or disconnected under load or live.
