Case Study - LS1 Relay Control Panel
The problem
Rosendin Electric, an electrical contractor, had a customer who was trying to demolish a motor control center and put up a new one. They needed to externally control the power to different parts of the MCC while they were demolishing and replacing them.
The solution
Our team designed a control panel exactly to what Rosendin specified. It controlled power to 6 sections of the motor control center through a series of relay panels. The power to the sections were controlled with rotary switches and indicator lights.
The result
Rosendin Electric quickly had a UL 508A control panel that was built to their spec.
