Sent me something I didn't even know existed.

I have been using and ordering Cam Lok for 40 years. It is the industry standard in Entertainment. I ordered these, not knowing, and not seeing anything in the description that they are some oddball version, I nor anyone in the industry I have asked has ever heard of. They do say it's 18 Series, but no notation of Ball Nosed. Maybe I should have been suspicious that they listed the Series or looked really closely at the picture. No other vendor or website I have bought from even lists them as an option. It's actually a completely different version which does not interface with the industry standard Cam Lok.
Long story short, they charge a hefty restocking fee , plus I have to pay return shipping so I will just give these away. I'll at least use the screws out of the bags for spare part.
