That spirit of unity was on full display last week as members of The Vital Electric Supply Group’s executive, sales, and engineering divisions met up in Dallas, Texas, to take part in our second annual National Sales Meeting. Over the course of this two-day event, we connected, sparked new ideas, and developed a clear vision for the bright future ahead of us.

National Sales Meeting Day 1: Setting the Tone with Connections
On Wednesday morning, the team started their day early as they traveled from our Pompano Beach, Las Vegas, and Houston locations to meet up in Dallas. Once everyone had arrived, we kicked off the first morning of our National Sales Meeting with coffee and meaningful conversations. Our team enjoyed plenty of thoughtful discussions and laughs as we took some time to catch up and set the tone for the day ahead.
By noon, we were sitting down for a lunch-and-learn at a partner facility. Ideas flowed and friendships grew as everyone savored a delicious Texas-style barbecue. After fueling up with good food and great company, we were guided through an impressive tour of their facilities. Their team took the time to offer a behind-the-scenes look at their operations, and we ended our time with them feeling a strong appreciation for our partnership.
We capped off the evening with a team dinner where we discussed our strategy, vision, and goals while sharing a hearty steak dinner. Nothing builds camaraderie like a shared meal, and this was no exception. Plenty of innovative ideas were born from the conversations around the table, including a new sales enablement tool that our team will leverage to respond faster, work more efficiently, and deliver even stronger support to our customers.
National Sales Meeting Day 2: Moving Forward with Purpose
After a light and lively morning spent reflecting on the previous day, the group headed to Schneider Electric’s Square D facility for a full day dedicated to hands-on learning. Upon arrival, our team received a warm welcome and thoughtful introductions from Schneider’s team.
As we dove into hands-on product training, the room was buzzing with excitement. Advanced training sessions help us stay sharp, so we can offer expert recommendations and match you with the ideal power solution for your needs. Our team fully embraced the opportunity to explore Square D's power solutions while gaining real-time insights from the experts who design and fabricate them.

Testing product features and exploring real-world applications equips our team with plenty of practical knowledge that translates directly into the field. We wrapped up the afternoon feeling empowered to confidently answer any questions you may have, and we enriched our ability to help you tackle complex challenges.
As we wrapped up the final day of our National Sales Meeting, our Director of Sales led the team on a tour of local customers and distributors. These visits were a powerful reminder that listening to your needs allows us to provide you with real results, and that the best way to grow is by staying connected with the people we serve.
